SUMMARY
This role is to support the Service Information Development Projects in the Asia Pacific region. This role has responsibility for developing the technical information and illustrations for documents such as workshop manual, owner’s manual, wiring diagram, diagnostic procedures, parts catalogue and labor time. It also includes other documents such as Owner Literature for our automotive clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) 基本職責(zé)和責(zé)任（基本職能）
1. Develop technical information and illustration for: 編寫技術(shù)信息并繪制示意圖：

2. Communicate with other branches in different countries (mainly US, Australia, EU) on inter-company technical service information business.與不同國家（主要是美國、澳大利亞、歐盟）的其他分支機(jī)構(gòu)就公司間技術(shù)服務(wù)信息業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行溝通。
3. Communicate with customer to setup technical information authoring guide.與客戶溝通，制定技術(shù)信息編寫指南。
4. Consult with subject matter experts to gather product specific information.與產(chǎn)品專家進(jìn)行咨詢以收集特定產(chǎn)品的信息。
5. Develop technical illustrations from the client supplied engineering source information or marked up photographs/illustrations and guide illustrators on the illustration work.根據(jù)客戶提供的工程源信息或標(biāo)記的照片/插圖開發(fā)技術(shù)插圖，并指導(dǎo)插圖繪制人員進(jìn)行插圖工作。
6. Review to check and correct the technical information and illustration.審查并校正技術(shù)信息和插圖。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
EXPERIENCE:
1. Good knowledge of current automotive vehicle technology.熟悉當(dāng)前的汽車技術(shù)。
2. At least 1 years working experience as technician in automotive service station.至少有1年在汽車服務(wù)站擔(dān)任技術(shù)人員的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Familiar with automotive technical information, such as workshop manual, wiring diagram, etc.熟悉汽車技術(shù)信息，如維修手冊、線路圖等。
4. Experience on the automotive technical information development is preferred.優(yōu)先考慮具有汽車技術(shù)信息開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人。
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good knowledge of current automotive vehicle technology.熟悉當(dāng)前的汽車技術(shù)。
2. Good computer skills and Microsoft Office operation.良好的計(jì)算機(jī)技能和微軟辦公軟件操作。
3. Good interpersonal skills.良好的人際交往能力。
